The contractor will clean the exterior and interior cubicle-wall fabric of the 192 cubicles located in the DISA Denver Office. Additionally, the contractor will clean the fabric seating surfaces and the face of the seat backs for all 760 chairs in the Denver office. The hard/non-textile surfaces (to include the arms, legs, supports, frame, lumbar support, etc.) of all chairs will be wiped-down. Major stains will be pre-treated. Multiple attempts may be required to remove stubborn stains. Vendor will not be responsible for moving personal items.
