The contractor must provide a commercial off-the-shelf software application to support the Defense Procurement Network, a business-matching and event-management platform for the Department of Human Resources Activity. The platform will enable DHRA program offices to engage with small businesses nationwide and support market research initiatives. The goal is to reduce redundancies and provide direct access to processes, requirements, and contracting vehicles.
