The contractor will design, develop, and deliver customized, Section 508-compliant video-based microlearning training modules for the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA). These modules will educate small businesses on DHRA program-specific processes, requirements, contracting vehicles, and points of engagement. The required end-to-end services include instructional design, media production, project management, and quality assurance.
