The CTIP Program Office requires subject matter expertise for professional training development and program/policy-level support aligned with NSPD-22, NDAA, and DoWI 2200.01. The contract includes a base CLIN for 12 months of training services with a period of performance from 22 Sep 2026 to 21 Sep 2027. A separate travel CLIN is capped at $8,000. Award will be made on a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, and quotes must be all-or-none with no partial submissions.
