The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to issue a solicitation for the Defense Human Resource Activity (DHRA) Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC) Dental Panograph Digitization requirement under solicitation H9821021R0016. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561439 with a size standard of $16,500,000. This is a pre-solicitation notice for the requirement to provide personnel, management, facilities, and transportation necessary to assist OUSD P&R/ DHRA’s conversion of dental panograph records to an electronic format in accordance with federal law, DoD guidance, and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements. This requirement will be acquired utilizing DFARS section 226.72 Demonstration project requirements. The contractor must provide Dental Panograph Digitization services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The resultant commercial contract will have a 12-month period and a 6-month option period of performance. The solicitation will be issued within the next two weeks in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1). Questions are NOT being accepted during this pre-solicitation phase. Do NOT contact the requiring or contracting offices. Once the solicitation is posted it will be available via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fbo.gov). Potential Offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation packages. No paper copies will be furnished. Perspective Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
