The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to issue a solicitation for the Culture Ready Basics support services on behalf of the Defense Language and National Security Office (DLNSEO) under solicitation H9821019R0011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541715 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This is a pre-solicitation notice for the requirement to provide DLNSEO with all personnel, management and materials necessary to develop and maintain the web-based culture and language training tool CultureReady Basics in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The resultant commercial contract will have a 9-month base period and four 12 month option periods. The solicitation will be issued within the next two weeks in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1). Questions are NOT being accepted during this pre-solicitation phase. Do NOT contact the requiring or contracting offices. Once the solicitation is posted it will be available via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fbo.gov). Potential Offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation packages. No paper copies will be furnished. Perspective Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
