Solicitation for Basic Allowance for Housing Data Collection and Analysis services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award on a competitive basis, a contract for The Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) BAH Data Collection and Analysis Services. A detailed description of the requirement, the CLINs, proposal submission instructions, and all provisions, clauses, and addenda that apply to this acquisition can be found in the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is H98210-22-R-0023 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2022-06, effective April 26, 2022. This requirement is being advertised 100% set aside to small businesses. The NAICS code is 541611, Administrative Management Consulting Services, and the size standard is $21.0 million. Contract award type shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The Period of Performance will be date of award through 12-months for the base period and four 12-month option periods. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation by 12:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), August 25, 2022. Only proposals received within the response timeframe will be considered by the Government.
