The Defense Personnel and Family Support Office (DPFSO) within the Defense Service Support Center Directorate requires a comprehensive fulfillment and fully integrated advertising and marketing service to support the following DPFSO programs: Computer/Electronics Accommodations Program (CAP); Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR); Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP); and the Military to Civilian Transition Office’s (MCTO), which includes Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP). The DPFSO requires contractor-provided supplies and services for the on-going sustainment of the DPFSO Fulfillment services programs. As such, the contractor will provide program management and execution services for the Product Items List (PIL).
