Amendment 0001 is issued to accomplish the following: a. Provide responses to industry questions, see "Attachment A: DEOC Scanning Questions and Responses". b. Revise Other Direct Cost (ODC) CLIN description (CLINs 0003 and 1002) c. Change CLIN type for ODC CLIN 0003 and 1002 from FFP to T&M. d. Replace Enclosure 1:Performance Work Statement (PWS) in its entirety. e. Replace Enclosure 2: Administrative Information in its entirety. f. Replace Enclosure 3: Evaluation Factors, Criteria, and Rating Methods in its entirety. The deadline for submission of proposals remains unchanged. ********************************************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (H98210-20-R-0030) is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). On behalf of DEOC Knowledge Management, DEOC C&FO is seeking support for the conversion of DHRA and OUSD(P&R)’s hardcopy records to an electronic format, in accordance with federal law, Department of Defense (DoD) guidance, and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements. This requirement will be solicited under full & open competition with the use of DFARS Subpart 226.7 Demonstration Project for Contractors Employing Persons with Disabilities. This RFP will result in a best value trade-off award using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 12 and 13. The Government will base the award on its evaluation of proposals against the factors listed in RFP, provided as an attachment.
