This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is hereby attached. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. This solicitation, (DRAFT) H98210-19-R-0024, is being issued as a Request for Proposal for the Sexual Assualt Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO) for Prevention Training and Curriculum Development. This procurement is set-aside to small business (100%). The Government will issue a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. The applicable Northy American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611430 and the small business size standard is $11,000,000.
