This Statement of Objectives (SOO) defines the efforts required to migrate an existing Structured Query Language (SQL) Personnel Assessment & Selection (A&S) database to a new server, modify elements of the database to accomodate end user requirements, develop web-based forms for a data display and data entry, develop scripts to automate the extraction and import of data from other data sources and perform activities necessary to ensure data integrity and data security. The contractor should also provide ongoing support to A&S activities by routinely extracting, processing and importing A&S data into the database and periodically performing statistical analyses of test results and preparing graphs and visual aids of these to end users. Efforts will also include training other designated personnel in the performance of these routine, ongoing A&S data management and analysis activities.
