This non-personal services contract requires removal and replacement of 16 nonfunctional ductless heat pump A/C systems with new cooling-only split A/C systems at multiple First Special Forces Group (Airborne) headquarters and augmentation facilities (Buildings 9160/9162, 9190, 9934, and 9983). The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and labor; disconnect and reconnect power and refrigerant lines; dispose of old units; install and test new units; add external condensation pumps; and purge/test existing drain lines, replacing them as needed. The work supports optimal temperatures for critical computer and communication systems, with the contractor operating independently under its own supervision while remaining accountable to the Government for performance standards. The period of performance is scheduled from September 28, 2026, to November 12, 2026.
