UPDATE as OF 13 SEPT 2023 The Purpose of this Amendment 0001 to Solicitation H92421-23-Q-0005 is to update the PWS as of 13 Sept 2023 to expand the driving distance of the hotel from Charleston, SC, and extend the solicitation closing date and time. The PWS location of the hotel has been changed FROM: Charleston, SC TO: Within 20 miles driving distance of Charleston, South Carolina. The solicitation closing date and time has changed FROM: 13 Sept 2023 at 1100 am TO: 14 Sept 2023 at 0800 am The PWS has been updated to reflect these changes as of 13 Sept 2023. All other solcitation terms and conditions remain unchanged. ORIGINAL SOLICITAITON DESCRIPTION BELOW The 905th Contracting Battalion issues this solicitation notice providing non-personal services for an Event Coordinator for the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) initiative. See Attached Solicitation SF1449 for a detailed description of this requirement. Due to soldiers and their familIes needing time to register and prepare for the event, the solicitation closing date and time is 13 Sept 2023 at 1100 am. The Pre-Solicitation notice was issued on 07 Sept 2023 with questions due no later than 11 Sept 2023. Subsequent Questions are due no later than 1200 noon on 12 Sept 2023. Please note in accordance with 52.212-2 and addendum to 52.212-1, the following are due with the submission of quotes. Childcare Services Certification Contractor shall provide names and certifications of all childcare employees in accordance with the requirements listed in PWS section 1.5.3 Special Qualifications with the submission of their quote. Background Check IAW section 13041 if Reference (c) and Volumes 731 and 1403 of Reference (e) in DoDI 1402.05, complete a CNACI, which includes an FBI criminal history background check conducted through the Criminal Justice Information Services Division of the FBI and SCHR checks through the State repositories on an employment application. CPR certifications for each childcare provider First Aid certifications for each childcare provider Ocean Front and Hotel Requirement Verification Provide the name and address of the hotel/resort to confirm oceanfront. ________________________________________________________________________________ Provide the location and distance between child care rooms and conference room? _______________________ How much time is needed prior to event to accommodate individuals with special dietary needs?
