Fax, telephone, written, or email requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in accordance with Section L, paragraph L.1.5 of this RFP. Questions submitted in response to this RFP shall be sent no later than Friday, February 24, 2023, by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern), utilizing the template included at Section J, Attachment 7 of this RFP. Any questions received after this date may not be answered prior to the proposal due date listed for this RFP.
