This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to fulfill the Governments requirements for Multi-Function Device Printers (MFD) in support of USSOCOM, its Component Commands, and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCS). This RFP is being solicited as an 8(a) competitive set-aside under the provisions of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act 15 U.S.C. 637 (a) and FAR 19.8. The offeror agrees to and is bound by all instructions, procedures, and rules of this RFP. FOB is Destination. As a result of this RFP, it is the Government’s intent to award a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The IDIQ will be a Firm-fixed price type contract. Items to be procured are included on the pricing matrix included as Attachment 01. Please note: an Offeror’s product must be included on the National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) Product Compliance List (PCL). The guaranteed minimum dollar value is $300,000.00. The guaranteed minimum dollar value will be obligated on the initial Delivery Order at the time of award. An award resulting from this RFP in no way obligates the Government to order products beyond the guaranteed minimum contract order dollar value.
