The opportunity supports SOF ATL PMCP with program and product management, development, product improvement, training, testing, acquisition support, and related management, technical, and engineering services for CP, RCIED, EOD, MM-ECM, EW, and CUxS missions. Interested parties must request access to the restricted RFP documents by submitting a signed NDA via email to SOCOM.PMCP.SPTSVC.RFP.SHDMBX@socom.mil, with the company name and PMCPSS in the subject line and the attachment labeled NDA_CompanyName_CageCode. Before access is granted, the government will verify the contractor has a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment score of 110 posted in SPRS. Once the government confirms the vendor can receive and safeguard CUI, the restricted documents will be available for review in PIEE’s solicitation module.

The effort will provide program and product management support, development, product improvement, training, testing, acquisition support, and related management, technical, and engineering support services to the SOF ATL PMCP. These services support Counterproliferation, Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Multi-Mission Electron Countermeasures, Electromagnetic Warfare, and Counter Unmanned Systems missions.
