This posting incorporates the changes previsously noted in the H92402-23-R-00002 Amendment 1 (Amd 1) posting into the SF30. Specifically, this Amendment is to (1) capture updates posted on SAM.gov (Notice ID H9240223R0002Amd1, 19 Apr 23 and 20 Apr 23) in Section J: Attachments 3a, 3b, and 13, (2) remove FAR Clause 52.211-11 Liquidated Damages from the Solicitation, and (3) update Section B CLIN 0002 and subsequent options language. Although updated and previously posted, Attachments 3a, 3b, and 13 are attached here again for reference. There are no additional changes to those attachments since posted as noted above. Additionally, as these updates were provided previously, there is no change to the proposal due date. No additional questions will be accepted at this time.
