USSOCOM is seeking proposals for the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) III Support Contract through a formal RFP that will result in a single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. Offerors must follow Section L proposal instructions and submit all volumes electronically through the PIEE Solicitation Module; proposals sent by other means will not be accepted. Participants must be properly registered in PIEE, SAM.gov, and the Joint Certification Program, and must hold an active Top Secret Facility Clearance at the time of proposal submission. Offers must remain valid for at least 270 calendar days. The only authorized points of contact are Contracting Officer Maj Austin Rains and Contract Specialist Kiana Myers; communications with other Government personnel are prohibited.
