This notice includes draft information regarding the SOF Enterprise Professional Services (SEPS) acquisition. This notice is provided for purposes of providing industry with the most current information regarding SEPS and to receive industry feedback on the draft RFP. Those contractors interested in proposing on this effort and desiring to provide value added feedback on the draft solicitation PRIOR to Industry Day must provide their comments/questions in the attached format via email to the Contracting Team: Carrie Eastburn (carrie.eastburn@socom.mil) and Adam Stern (adam.d.stern.civ@socom.mil) NLT 11:00AM Eastern on 29 November 2021. Please review the document in its entirety and submit only one comment document per company. All email correspondence shall have a subject line of "SEPS Draft RFP Questions". All submissions shall be UNCLASSIFIED. The SEPS Industry Day open forum has been scheduled for 2 December 2021. There will be an open forum beginning at 1:30PM Eastern and will go to 3:30PM Eastern. The open forum will be held virtually via Zoom. Due to space limitations, interested companies are limited to two attendees, and must register by submitting the following information NLT 3:00PM Eastern on 29 November 2021 to the Contracting Team via email at Carrie.eastburn@socom.mil AND adam.d.stern.civ@socom.mil: 1. Attendee Name 2. Company being represented 3. Interested in being a Prime or Subcontractor An email with the link to the meeting will be provided to attendees prior to the meeting. Individuals who have not registered by the date and time identified above will NOT be allowed into the open forum. All interested parties are encouraged to submit questions to the Contracting Team prior to Industry Day, or utilize the open forum meeting to obtain clarification of the Government's requirement.
