This action has modified IDIQ contract H92400-19-D-0001 to increase the maximum contract ceiling value by $455M, from $500M to $955M. This is a personal services IDIQ contract that was competitively awarded and includes competitively awarded prices over the eight-year period (base period of five years with one three-year option). Funding will continue to be obligated at the task order level using (O&M) funding. This ceiling increase is based on POTFF requirements growth and bares no reflection on contractor performance. There will be no change in the existing contract period of performance (PoP) of 23 Oct 2018 to 22 October 2026 because of this proposed action and all task orders will be issued at competitively awarded prices in accordance with the original award.
