REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) and SOURCES SOUGHT Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Capabilities-Based Assessment (CBA) The purpose of this RFI is to gather Industry's input regarding an upcoming requirement for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Capabilities-Based Assessment (CBA). To help develop a strategy that maximizes competition, and contractor performance; USSOCOM is seeking industry input, comments, and questions from potential contractors who possess both, interest and capability, to perform the services consistent in scope and complexity with those described in the attached draft PWS. The Government will also consider any draft PWS comments. This exchange of information is designed to begin market research into the capabilities of industry to meet USSOCOM's developing requirements and establish the degree of industry interest in the acquisition. In accordance with FAR Part 15.201 -- Exchanges with Industry before Receipt of Proposals, the following is a pre-solicitation request for information (RFI). This is not a request for proposal. This notice is intended to obtain industry input to aid with the formation of an acquisition strategy. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred; and the Government will not respond directly to any submission in response to this notice. Tentative Contract Type. To be determined, reference below request for input. **Submission Instructions** If your organization is interested, has the potential capability and capacity to perform the services as detailed in the attached draft PWS; please assist the Government by providing a response to the following: 1. Company name, contact information, cage code, business size and certified socio-economic status (if applicable) under the below identified NAICS - reference response to Question 2 (a) (e.g. small or 1 large business; and additional socio economic categories (if applicable) such as 8(a), HUBZone, VOSB SDVOSB, EDWOSB, WOSB...etc.). 2. Please explain your expertise and experience in providing the services required in the PWS. This shall include your expertise in both CBA and also any ISR-related projects. 3. Please describe your teaming arrangement (including likely subcontractors) and your company's ability to reach back to additional industry partners to fulfill the requirements. 4. Please describe your team's capabilities that you see as critical to the success of this effort.
