The SOCSOUTH Contracting office is seeking potential sources that can provide the following: The contractor shall provide SOCSOUTH with infrastructure and support personnel to execute non-traditional intelligence programs. The overall objective is to provide a non-traditional ISR capability that resides on a non-attributable network infrastructure in addition to dedicated intelligence analysis support to SOCSOUTH, including: execution of analytic functions, analytical services, expertise to assist the government in day to day staff support functions, and operations against threat networks in the SOUTHCOM AOR. SOCSOUTH requires: Technical Director x1 Senior Targeting Analyst x1 Senior Developer x1 Senior SIGINT Analyst (SA) x1 Senior SIGINT Target Analyst Reporter (STAR) x1 Senior Language Enabled SIGINT Analyst (LESA) x1 Cyber Analyst x4 Data Scientist x2 Developer/Engineer x1 SIGINT Analyst (SA) x3 SIGINT Target Analyst Reporter (STAR) x1 Language Enabled SIGINT Analysts (LESA) x3 Graphic Designer x1 NEW FTE COUNT: 21 FTEs Submit questions not later than 7 January 2020 at 1000 EST The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type is potentially time and materials. If your company is able to provide the service requested and are interested in this acquisition please submit the following: 1. Point of contact, including a phone number, physical and email address. 2. Size status and or SBA certification program of your company 3. NAICS and cage code for your company. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. The actual capabilities demonstration will be on 21 February 2020, only those who have been vetted and meet all requirements (see attachment) will be allowed to demonstrate capabilites on 21 February 2020.
