The purpose of the amendment was to edit the Statement of Requiremetns in order to accomplish the following: 1. Removed the brand name specification of the lock package. 2. Reworded the 35db attenuation requirement to reflect db attenuation meeting or exceeding NSA 94-106. In addition, a vendor questionnaire was provided in order to assist with offer submission. An updated RFQ and Statement of Requirements was added.
