INTRODUCTION. The Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command, (MARSOC), Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement to maintain/renew support for the current MARSOC Broadcast system, consisting of both MARSOC managed Channel 1.1 and 48 Direct TV channels. This support includes the “Head End” IPTV, Satellite system, and all associated IPTV/Broadcast Channel equipment within the HQ Facility, RR400 building. OBJECTIVES. The end state shall be to maintain the current system of equipment, while supporting renewal of the current 48 IPTV Direct TV channels. Services Requested. The contractor shall ensure the current DirectTV Business TV Package (currently in place) in maintained and/or renewed, while providing a comprehensive service and support agreement for the MARSOC Broadcast system equipment and services in Building RR400. The vendor will provide service and support for the following existing equipment and services: Primary Equipment: MARSOC broadcast System and Direct TV components Advance Technology IPTV Player H150-6006 (QTY 200 – outside of Building RR400) Technicolor 8 Channel Receiver Blade COM46 (Qty 3) DirecTV COM2000 Chassis & Power Supply COM360 (Qty 1) DirectTV Slimline Antenna SLSP-F (Qty 1) DirectTV Slimline Non-SWB LNB SL5K4NR1 (Qty 1) DirectTV Base Package, services, & management (12 Endpoints) Crestron DM-RMC-100-S (Qty 1) Crestron HD-DA2 (Qty 1) Crestron DM-MD 8x8 (Qty 1) Blonder Tongue Transcoder Flex coder (Qty 1) Network Switch Interface (1) Vendor will provide Preventive Maintenance at least four times per year (Quarterly). Service Calls and Email Support: Vendor will provide unlimited Service Call support (Voice and Email). Vendor is required to support NBD (next workday) support. Replacement/Repair: Vendor will provide onsite replacement/repair of system components (see above). Vendor will work with 3rd party vendors for all RMA actions. No cost Labor and Installation shall be shall include end-to-end installation (parts, labor), on-site maintenance and logistics support, and OEM support. Period of Performance. The period of performance shall be from contract award for 1 year (Plus option years). Place of Performance. Work shall be performed at specified work location in HQ building RR400, Stone Bay, on MCB Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). The Contractor shall provide to the Technical Representative (TR) and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) one written deliverable for contract data: Vendor will update and maintain current “As Built” drawings and provide copies to the Government. Cable labeling schema will be maintained and provided to Government.
