This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research to identify companies capable of providing full-time Recruiting & Advertising Support for the Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC). The scope includes end-to-end recruitment activities, from identifying applicants to managing marketing assets. The anticipated contract is a Firm-Fixed-Price, single-award with an estimated period of performance from 1 July 2026 through 31 December 2032, structured as a base year plus four option years.
