This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the manufacture and installation of eight commemorative bronze plaques for Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract, set aside for Small Business, on an all-or-none basis to the proposal with the lowest evaluated price meeting acceptability standards. Offerors must submit their best and final technical and price quote in their initial submission, as the Government intends to award without discussions.
