MARSOC has awarded a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Threat Tec, LLC under the authority for only one responsible source. The award is supported by an approved Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition, published in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 6.301. The J&A covers highly specialized full-time equivalent training support services needed for MARSOC’s unique operational requirements. A redacted copy of the approved J&A is attached to the posting.
