This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for instruction and scenarios containing EOD threat assessment, assault support, switch-solenoid-circuit diagnostics, detonator diagnostics, radiographic inspection, precision disruption, volumetric disruption, IED defeat techniques, IED electronics, stabilization, hostage handling techniques, laboratory identification, chemical biological, and radiological hazards, site exploitation, EOD support to special reconnaissance, including remote and manual techniques in permissive and non-permissive environments. Training will include live fire and non-live fire training evolutions. This is to support the MARFORSOC mission. This announcement is prepared per the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 (Subparts 12.6 and 13.5) as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). All interested parties may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
