All quotes are due to the responsible Contracting Officer no later than 3 June 2019 @ 08:00 AM EST. Quotes shall not be accepted past the aforementioned date & time specified. This RFQ is set aside for small businesses. 2.Any questions concerning this request for quote (RFQ) must be forwarded in written form via email to Robert.mcdonald@socom.mil. no later than 13 May 2019 @ 12:00 PM EST. Questions will not be accepted past the aforementioned date & time specified and telephone inquiries will not be accepted. 3.The U.S. Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the successful Quoter of this RFQ. Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. To be eligible for award under this RFQ, contractors must respond to this RFQ by the closing date and time as referenced above. Failure to submit the required information may result in your quotation being considered nonresponsive. In addition, Vendors must be registered within SAM.gov.
