THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY to identify sources capable of satisfying all requirements in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work, to include providing subject matter expertise in providing instructors and support for MARFORSOC’s Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) courses: • High Frequency Recognition, Analysis, and Targeting Course • Digital Push-to-Talk Communications Analysis and Targeting Course • Advanced Signals Environment Characterization and Operations Design Course • Advanced Wireless Analysis and Tactics Course • Team-Based Tactical SIGINT Full Mission Profile Course • Advanced SIGINT/Electronic Warfare Tactics Training Course The information provided in the Sources Sought is subject to change and is not binding on the government. USSOCOM (MARFORSOC) has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this Sources Sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions / responses to the Sources Sought become government property and will not be returned. This Sources Sought shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, nor as an obligation on the part of the government to acquire any products or services. Per FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government (MARFORSOC) to form a binding contract. No contract awards will be made from this Sources Sought and no solicitation is available at this time. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the government will arise from contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the government’s use of such information. Due Date: Sources Sought questions are due by 1200 EST December 15, 2021. Sources Sought responses are due no later than 1200 EST on January 4, 2022.
