The MAFORSOC Contracting Office is seeking Small Businesses, capable of providing maintenance and repair on Government Owned STERIS Equipment. General Requirements: The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, parts, software (needed for the general operation of the equipment), tools, equipment, travel, transportation expenses and other related costs to provide comprehensive services scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with STERIS's then current Preventive Maintenance Check List ("PMCL") and unscheduled repairs on Government owned STERIS Sterilizing Equipment at Charles Luke Milam Clinic, Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547. Equipment Description: 20 in. CENT VAC DD 480V, Serial # 03031010 The intended contract period will be for a base year and four (4) one-year option period, which may begin approximately 01/01/2020.
