This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in anyway. 1. All completed quotes must be submitted via email to SSgt Pickens, Philip at Philip.pickens@socom.mil. All quotes are due to the responsible Contracting Officer no later than August 13 2019 @ 12:00 p.m EST. Quotes will not be accepted passed the aforementioned date & time specified. This RFQ is set aside for small businesses. 2. The U.S. Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the successful Quoter of this RFQ. Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the RFQ will be determined the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). (1) Price: Price will be the initial evaluation. Quote will be reviewed from lowest to highest based on price and awarded to the first offer determined to be technically acceptable. (2) Technical Acceptability: Vendor shall provide sufficient technical information for any equal item submission to be evaluated for technical acceptability. 3. To be eligible for award under this RFQ, contractors must respond to this RFQ by the closing date and time as referenced above. Failure to submit the required information may result in your quotation being considered non-responsive. In addition, Vendors must be registered within SAM.gov. All contracts will be paid by EFT only.
