This is NOT an order. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in anyway. 1. All completed quotes must be submitted via email to email contained in RFQ (attached). All quotes are due to the responsible Contracting Officer no later than May 10th 2019 @ 10:00 a.m. EST. Quotes will not be accepted past the aforementioned date & time specified. This RFQ is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 334111. Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable quote. The Government intends to make a single Firm Fixed Price Award to satisfy this requirement. See attachments for more information.
