FINAL RFP - Special Operations Forces (SOF) Global Logistics Support Services II (GLSS2) Contract

This is a full and open competition for a single-award IDIQ contract to provide global lifecycle logistics support for U.S. Special Operations Forces, with a maximum ceiling value of $10,530,000,010.00 and a potential twelve-year ordering period. The primary place of performance is Bluegrass Station in Lexington, Kentucky, with additional work at strategic locations both within and outside the continental United States. The solicitation has been amended to clarify proposal formatting, page limits, cost treatment, and document revisions, including updated collective bargaining agreements. For Task Order #3, offerors must contact the specified personnel for location information. The government points of contact will be unavailable during a shutdown, but all submission deadlines remain in effect.
