This is a sources sought notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Procedures, Guidance, and Information (DFARS PGI) 206.302-1(d). The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) anticipates contracting without providing for full and open competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to provide engineering services for developing, sustaining and performing pre-planned product improvements on 3rd party software applications (Intelligent Network Tactical Radio (INTR)-Link, Advanced Communications Manager (ACM), Advanced Airborne Tactical Mission Suite (AATMS), etc) as well as integration with Common Aviation Architect System (CAAS) and Avionics Management System (AMS). The intended source is: Tek Fusion Global (TFG) 5425 Discovery Park Blvd, Ste 100 Williamsburg VA, 23188 CAGE: 6QRG3 The Government does not possess and cannot furnish the technical data required to develop engineering descriptions, technical data packages, or specifications necessary to permit full and open competition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Any interested source must address how it will meet the system specifications without substantial duplication of cost and schedule. The Government will consider all capabilities statements or proposals received within the closing date set in this sources sought. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 334511; the standard business size is 750 employees.
