H9224122R0009 10 March 2022 Classification Code 16 – Aircraft Components & Accessories NAICS Code: 541990– Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) intends to issue a contract modification to increase the ceiling to contract number H92241-14-D-0005an 8(a) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) Indefinite Delivery –Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. for technical, engineering, and program management services for aviation program management, logistics, resource management, and systems integration for the Technology Application Program Office (TAPO), the Mission Enhanced Little Bird (MELB) Program Manager, and the Special Operations Mission Planning Environment (SOMPE) Product Manager. The contract continues to require experience with manned, military rotary wing aircraft systems engineering, systems integration, qualification, flight test, and logistics support. The incumbent is K-Cruz, 11828 Canon Boulevard, Newport News, Virginia 23606 The proposed contract action is a modification to increase ceiling to an existing contract for supplies or services for which the Government intends to continue with only one source (the incumbent) under the authority of the FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All other terms and conditions of the existing contract remain unchanged. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capabilities statements or proposals received within the closing date set in this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
