The U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) anticipates contracting on a sole source basis with FreeFlight Systems, 8080 Tristar Dr. Suite 100, Irving TX 75063 (CAGE: 1WAN0) for testing of the RANGR ADS-B to MIL-STD-461G and MIL-STD 810H standards. The intended award will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. The intended contract action is for a commodity for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Government does not possess and cannot furnish the technical data required to develop engineering descriptions, technical data packages, or specifications necessary to permit full and open competition. All interested, capable, and responsible sources that would like to respond to this solicitation are encouraged to provide a statement of interest along with supporting substantiation input to Procurement Technician Steven Belowich via email at steven.m.belowich.civ@mail.mil no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Time on 5 August 2019. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
