This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation number: H9224119R0008-01 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) intends to procure ATS-3100 Radio Test Sets (RTS), three (3) each, used to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and validate repairs on radio systems used on all 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) aircrafts. FOB point is destination. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at destination by the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 336413 -- Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1250. The government is seeking responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation from all interested businesses capable of fulfilling this requirement. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement, price and past performance. The Contractor's offer shall demonstrate that they will meet or exceed the requirement by having the capability to fulfill the requirement on time and by the correct quantities ordered.
