The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) intends to procure the Lifecycle Contractor Support (LCCS) for the AN/ZSQ-2 Forward Looking Infra-red (FLIR) / Electro-Optical Sensor System (EOSS) components and related services using a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Indefinite Delivery -Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The proposed source is Raytheon Intelligence and Space, 2501 W. University Drive, McKinney, Texas 75071-1300. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330. The contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Raytheon Intelligence and Space is the only contractor capable of meeting the Government’s requirement to provide Lifecycle Contractor Support for the AN/ZSQ-2 Forward Looking Infra-red (FLIR) / Electro-Optical Sensor System (EOSS) components and related services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
