Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for S-Band RF components and accessories. The Government is contemplating a sole source award to Persistent Systems, LLC (CAGE: 4YBU2), under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Proposed contract action will be a purchase order for the identified items and quantities and not to exceed $250,000. Contract is planned to be awarded by 15 August 2024. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The sole source justification has been posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 334220, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
