(CAGE 8PV67) Nutrition Performance Software Licenses. The Government’s intent is to award a five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery orders to Teamworks Tactical Solutions, Inc. The estimated minimum contract value is $1,000.00 and the estimated maximum contract value is $750,000.00. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). A Justification & Approval (JA) will be posted with this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 513210, and the size standard is $47M. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFQ or an obligation on the part of the Government.
