Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for cylinders containing different gases in order to support diving operations and maintenance activities conducted in Hawaii. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is $1,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $500,000.00. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition will utilize full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325120. A complete Request for Quote package will be available on SAM.gov. Offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
