The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order type contract. This brand name acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures using a 100% small business set-aside.
