The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for two (2) Hot / Cold Plunge Tubs. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 423910, and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
