The Naval Special Warfare (NSWC) Command, Contracting Department intends to award a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, single-award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) tpe contract for Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 91 aircraft for blade hours, jump tickets in an addition to an approved drop zone (DZ) and routine access to a sport stadium for training purposes. Vendors location shall be within a 100 miles of San Diego. The services will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 713990 "all other amusement and recreation industries" and the size standard is $8.0M. The capabilities statement must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary technical expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
