NSWC intends to issue a single award, five-year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Contractor shall provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of the Navy Parachute Team (NPT) by providing real time analytical and advisory skydiving support services. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Services and FAR Part 13, Contracting by Negotiations. This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 541990 (Size Standard $19.5M). A complete Request for Quote (RFQ) package will be available for downloading at the Sam.Gov website around 13 May 2024. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFQ or an obligation on the part of the Government.
