Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a services requirement for Skid Steer and Telehandler Systems rentals. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 532490, and the small business size standard is $35M. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, accommodating issuance of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The Government will include the option provision at FAR 52.217-8. If exercised, the maximum term of the contract shall not exceed five years, six months. The estimated minimum contract value is the value of the first order issued and the estimated maximum contract value is NTE $249,000. This synopsis shall not be construed as a formal request for quote nor an obligation on the part of the Government to enter into a contractual agreement for any supplies/services.
