Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for Communications Workshops to provide its members with a common framework to speak and write clear, concise, compelling messages that prompt effective action and organizational efficiency. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is one (1) workshop and the estimated maximum contract value is $3,950,000.00. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training. The small business size standard is $15M. A complete Request for Quote package will be available for downloading at SAM.gov. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
