Procurement is being conducted utilizing the procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5. A justification and approval document has been executed to support follow-on work valued at no greater than $750,000, see solicitation document for details. DAI OFF support has previously been provided under United States Navy Contract N0018922CZ014 with Sehlke Consulting LLC, of Vienna, Virginia (CAGE: 6LRG6).

The Government intends to issue a request for quote for Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Oracle Federal Financial (OFF) support and training services. Government’s requirements are defined in the attached DRAFT Work Statement (WS). Requirement involves help desk support and training. The Government intends to pursue a forty-two-month, firm-fixed priced, commercial contract to satisfy requirements and the solicitation will be fully set-aside for small business. Performance is intended to involve a base period of twelve-months, with two twelve-month option periods, and a six-month extension period under FAR 52.217-8. Performance locations are in the vicinity of San Diego, California, Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Honolulu, Hawaii. The Government intends to issue a solicitation no later than the 4th quarter of Government fiscal year 2023. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor the System for Award (SAM) website for solicitation issuance. The responsibility of monitoring the SAM website is the responsibility of the interested party and the Government is under no obligation to provide additional notice of solicitation outside the SAM website. Any solicitation, if issued, will be issued under solicitation number H92240-23-R-0006. Interested parties are not required to submit any capability statement, written expression of interest or proposal for these services at this time. Interested parties shall submit questions and quotes only when the Government issues a formal solicitation.
