The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to Shield AI, to provide Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) VBAT Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) services in support of planning, developing, and implementing Tactics, Techniques and procedures in a US Naval Fleet Exercise. Shield AI is the only proven source with the in-depth requisite technical knowledge, equipment, and capabilities in support of unmanned systems for maritime support, VBAT Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) services in support of planning, developing, and implementing Tactics, Techniques, and procedures in a US Naval Fleet Exercise. The items will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The Justification and Approval will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541715 – Surveillance Systems. The size standard is 1,000. This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Shield AI, 600 W. Broadway, Ste 450 San Diego, CA 92101 (Cage Code: 7GVZ9). This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
